FAQ
What Is Internet Radio?
Internet Radio has many forms.  What Tucker Communications offers are 24/7, live streaming terra based style formatted stations, only available to be listened to on the Internet.  There are many other "Internet Radio" stations, but none can compare to what is produced and aired at Tucker Communications.

How do I listen to your Internet Radio Stations?
You need a computer, with a Windows Media application.  A PC or Mac will work for listening.  Then you go to either of our stations of choice, click on the title of the station, and a pop up window will appear.  This window houses the radio player, and advertisement.  Once the volume is adjusted, and you are wanting to do other things with your computer, you may drop this window to the tray, or leave it up and open another window.

I click on the player but I can't hear anything, what's wrong?
More than likely, your speakers are not connected, or your volume has been muted, or down completely.  If this is not the problem, please make sure that you have set permission on the computer to allow streaming media, via the internet.  If help is needed, please contact your local IT person.

Do I need special equipment to listen?
No. You do not need any special equipment to listen.  All that is required to listen is a computer with speakers.  For Mac users, please have the Windows Media application for Mac loaded on your computer.

I missed part of a talk show, how can I hear it again?
We do not have the shows archived at this time however, our host should have their shows ready for emailing.  We will send you the email for the Talk Show host so that you can request the show from them.  Please email us at info@tukco.net for your request.  Or go to www.apostleradio.org then click on the "Programs Tab", and scroll down to find the host in question.  The email information for each host should be in their Info Section.

Can I request a song to be played like on regular radio?
We love getting request from our listeners. You can call or email us your request and we will get it on as soon as possible. You can also send us shout outs, birthday and anniversary wishes as well.  Go to the contact us page for contact info.

Are all of your stations Christian?
Not all. We have 2 Christian Stations and 3 Secular formats for your listening pleasure.  However we do maintain the Christian moral values on all of our stations.  Any and all new stations being added under the Tucker Communications Umbrella, will follow on this path.   We will not be held responsible for any franchise or independently owned station, baring the Tucker Communication label.

Do you accept donations?
Tucker Communications is a for profit company.  Donations to the Christian ministry, Apostle Radio and Apostle Youth are appreciated however they cannot be written off as done with a 501 3c.  We can offer ad space on our website in balance for donation.

Do I have to pay to listen to your stations?
No.  Tucker Communications does not charge a fee to listen. We believe that listening to music should be free and never be charged for.  We're not here to change the music, just how the music is heard.
